About us
Our activity as independent contractors started in 1986, initially as a partnership of associated architects. In 2016, the firm reached the milestone of 30 years of uninterrupted activity in the field of architectural design and construction. Based in the Lugano area, we operate mainly in Switzerland, in the Canton Ticino. We have always chosen collaborators with consolidated experience.
Our work
The scope of our work includes all the construction phases of single and multi-family residential buildings, administration complexes, artisan workshops and industrial structures, restoration and renovation of historic buildings and all other sector-related services (surveying of existing buildings, parcelling, neighborhood plans and feasibility studies in general, but also interior fittings and furnishings).
Philosophy
We prefer to govern complete projects from their inception, through the execution phase and up to the delivery of the work, paying particular attention to management aspects as well as respecting schedules and cost estimates.
Appraisals
We have consolidated skills and experience in the field of private property appraisals, expert works damage assessment reports and technical insurance surveys, as well as judicial appraisals at the service of the Cantonal Magistrates.
